Course Description:

In the first half of this course, students will learn the key principles of list, offer and strategy. Direct-marketing media, including direct mail, e-mail, online and print, are evaluated in terms of optimizing the media mix for maximum return on investment. You will learn how to develop winning e-mail marketing strategies for acquiring and retaining valuable customers in a world characterized by new legislative restrictions and spam blockers.
